Description
The Gate Driver Cores is a high-performance dual-channel driver core independently developed by HIITIO based on intelligent chip technology. It supports IGBT modules with voltage ratings from 1200 V to 3300 V. Featuring a simplified peripheral circuit design, it enables customers to safely and reliably drive IGBTs without the need for additional effort in driver debugging or tuning.
